Change Management and Adoption Consultant

Overview

As a Change Management and Adoption Consultant, you guide clients through transforming their use of modern workplace tech, from design to adoption. You’ll work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams to ensure clients not only use but exploit cloud benefits. You’ll join a creative, collaborative team in a hybrid role based in London or Manchester. You will drive meaningful adoption through tailored change programs and training, shaping outcomes for clients and their organisations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to drive successful adoption of Modern Workplace technologies, primarily Microsoft 365
• Analyze, design and develop tailored change management, communications, and training
• Deliver hands-on communications and training to boost user engagement and adoption
• Manage key stakeholders throughout the change process and address concerns
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to maximise value from new workplace technologies

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience supporting individuals or organisations in maximising technology use
• Ability to write clear communications, develop engaging presentations, and create Change and Adoption campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-oriented approach
• Experience with technology-led change and adoption projects; familiarity with Microsoft 365 desirable
• Understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR is a strong advantage
