Overview

As Head of Supply Chain, you will lead global supply chain operations across multiple regions to improve planning, inventory, and service levels. You’ll shape supply chain strategy within a fast-paced, international environment and develop high-performing teams. You’ll drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners. This role offers a meaningful platform to impact growth, efficiency, and responsible nutrition at AB Vista.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supply chain operations across regions and countries
• Drive improvements in supply planning, inventory optimisation, customer service, and performance
• Provide leadership to regional supply chain managers and coach team capability
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, blending operations, and execution activities
• Lead continuous improvement, standardisation, and business transformation initiatives
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Quality teams to support growth

Key requirements

• 10-15 years of supply chain leadership in a global business
• Experience leading multi-site and multi-country operations
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, logistics, warehousing, and execution
• Proven leadership, change-driving experience, and building high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing across cultures
• Fluent business English in a global environment
