Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will drive data-informed product decisions across Reward Gateway’s SaaS offerings. You’ll partner with Product Managers to define measurable metrics during discovery and design, and ensure data is accessible for teams post-release. You will evangelise data literacy, build self-serve dashboards, and improve analytics practices. This role sits at the heart of transforming how we measure impact and inform product strategy, within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a data-driven culture by educating stakeholders on value and use of data
  • Partner with Product Managers during discovery and design to select trackable metrics
  • Democratise access to product data and derive actionable insights
  • Create and maintain self-serve dashboards and reports that deliver user value
  • Enhance data literacy across the product organisation
  • Assist in analytics tool management and ensure correct tool utilization
  • Define best practices for analytics (event taxonomy, naming conventions, properties, IDs)

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Insights Analyst in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of data implementation principles (tracking tags/events) and product metrics
  • Experience building a data-driven culture and managing change
  • Ability to influence teams to adopt new practices
  • High proficiency in Heap, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and modelling tools (e.g., DBT) is a plus
  • Ability to partner with multiple product teams and communicate findings to diverse audiences
