Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering and design team
• Manage multiple projects from concept to manufacture
• Drive new product development and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, commercial, and procurement teams
• Plan resources and monitor department performance

Key requirements

• Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or related discipline
• Significant experience in a design engineering environment
• Prior leadership or management experience within engineering
• Strong background in product development, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and engineering design practices
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align engineering with business goals
