Overview
As Facilitator Lead, you will build trusted relationships with senior professionals to enable constructive change in their industries. You will guide one-to-one and group conversations, help identify patterns across perspectives, and support the development of collective insight and action. The role blends relationship-building, facilitation, qualitative research, and strategic thinking within a growing organisation that aims to reshape civil society work. You will shape methods and practice while operating in high-trust environments that prioritise impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead one-to-one and group conversations to surface insights
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior professionals
- Identify patterns across conflicting perspectives and synthesize findings
- Support development of collective insight and actions for social and environmental change
- Contribute to qualitative research and strategic thinking to influence systems
- Manage projects and coordinate with experienced colleagues and partners
- Help shape a new model of civil society organising within an early-stage organisation
Key requirements
- Experience at a top strategy or management consultancy (e.g., MBB, Big 4) with workshop facilitation and thought leadership report writing
- Interest in sustainability and circularity
- Exceptional listening, relationship-building and facilitation skills
- Sound judgement and discretion in high-trust environments
- Ability to identify patterns across complex perspectives
- Strong analytical, qualitative research and written communication skills
- Experience with systems influencing or understanding of institutions and power
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
