Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery and investment transformation to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Accelerate delivery from ideation to implementation to achieve rapid business impact
  • Create compelling business cases, process maps, journey designs, wireframes, and requirements
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify simplification, standardisation, digitisation, automation, and AI opportunities
  • Lead transformation programmes using established project management methodologies
  • Foster continuous improvement, agility, collaboration, and operational excellence across delivery teams
  • Build stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in for sustainable adoption of new ways of working
  • Measure and communicate impact of improvements to drive ROI
  • Collaborate with strategy, portfolio, and delivery teams to deliver greater enterprise value

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong expertise in service design, process design, process mapping, and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels
  • Experience facilitating workshops and solving complex business challenges with data-driven solutions
  • Ability to translate ideas into actionable requirements (user stories, journey maps, wireframes)
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements and embedding organisational change
  • Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and ambiguity
  • Knowledge of business architecture, user-centred design, and change management approaches
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, TOM design, or organisational design (beneficial)
