Overview
In this role, you embed with customer teams to model real-world scheduling problems and ship optimized solutions within a fast-paced enterprise context. You work at the intersection of the optimization engine and customer environments, applying AI-first approaches to solve complex planning challenges. You will influence product direction by feeding field learnings back to the core platform. The opportunity combines hands-on engineering, direct customer engagement, and rapid iteration at scale.

Responsibilities
- Translate real-world scheduling problems into optimization models with customers
- Configure, extend, and debug the core scheduling engine against live datasets
- Build and iterate on new customer solutions under tight deadlines
- Convey field learnings to product and engineering teams to improve the platform
Key requirements
- Strong software engineering background, ideally C#/.NET; able to work with a large codebase
- Hands-on experience with optimization techniques (constraint programming, LP, or algorithm development)
- Comfortable engaging with customers to gather requirements and present trade-offs
- Bias toward shipping; able to iterate quickly under ambiguity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for real-world constraints
