Finance Data Manager

Overview

In this role you drive data-driven insights to support finance and operations, enabling informed decisions and scalable growth. You will partner with commercial, supply chain and operations teams to deliver timely financial reporting and performance analysis. You’ll leverage modern data tooling to power AI-enabled dashboards and semantic layers, shaping how the business understands cost and performance. Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve monthly financial reports for C-suite
• Create and optimise cost-information reporting across streams
• Build semantic layers with dbt to feed AI-enabled dashboards and visualisations
• Analyse data to track and improve commercial and operational performance
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required

Key requirements

• Experience in a finance team with senior stakeholders
• Robust SQL query writing
• Some experience building data pipelines using Python and dbt
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Comfort with scripting for data manipulation
