SAP – Europe Alliance Director

Overview

As SAP Geographic Alliance Director, you will lead the European SAP alliance strategy within EY’s Alliance & Ecosystem team, coordinating with SAP Global and regional leadership to drive governance, performance, and market execution. You’ll enable cross-border collaboration, ensure compliance, and shepherd alliance initiatives from planning to execution across Europe. This role blends relationship management with program governance to deliver transformative outcomes for clients through SAP-powered solutions. Responsibilities

• Execute the SAP Alliance European strategy and objectives
• Facilitate top-to-top SAP relationships and program management to mobilize on strategic bets
• Drive governance with clear accountability across Global level service lines, sectors, accounts/regions and SAP counterparts
• Produce SAP business reviews with insights for European SAP Alliance executives
• Drive local activation and compliance of SAP partner programs
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and SAP impact
• Activate new countries/regions ensuring governance, business plans, executive relationships, cadence and contract enablement
• Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) teams on European marketing materials and activities
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through content and market insights

Key requirements

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services
• Proven ability to build and nurture win-win alliance relationships
• Strong networking and influence management skills with cross-functional impact
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities
• Understanding of SAP technology and business benefits of SAP solutions
• Ability to multi-task and handle many activities concurrently
