North London Hospital, islocated in in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, PrioryHospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listedbuilding, overlooking beautiful parklands.
It’s one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment ofa range of mental health difficulties, including addictions,depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD). We also offer privateautism assessments foradults.
What you’ll bedoing
This is a high-profileleadership role for an individual who is passionate aboutdelivering outstanding mental healthcare services while creating anenvironment where colleagues can thrive and patients receive thehighest standards of care.
- Providestrategic leadership to deliver outstanding patient outcomes,operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Lead the hospital’s financial, commercial, and qualityperformance, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved.
- Drive business growth, with a strong focus on privatepatient opportunities and market development.
- Build effective relationships with NHS, privatehealthcare, consultant, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team,fostering accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governancestandards while maintaining a culture of continuousimprovement.
- Champion a positive, inclusiveculture that balances commercial success with exceptional patientcare.

What you’ll bringto the role
- Extensiveexperience within the private healthcare sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of improvingfinancial performance and delivering growth.
- Exceptional leadership and people managementskills.
- Experience leading large,multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to build,influence and negotiate with a wide range ofstakeholders.
- Strong understanding of both NHSand private healthcare markets.
- Clinicalqualifications are not essential; however, significant privatehealthcare leadership experience is considered critical.
