Head of Customer Success – Scaled, Revenue-Driven Leader

ABR Talent is recruiting for a senior Customer Success leader to shape a scaled CS function within a UK-based SaaS provider. You will lead two CSMs, own portfolio strategy, and drive adoption and renewal outcomes with executive-level influence.

This role requires credibility in high-stakes conversations, a data-driven mindset and close partnership with Account Management to protect and grow revenue across a £4-5M ARR portfolio and almost 1,000 customers.
