Europe Franchise Growth & Partnerships Director

Argyll Scott is supporting a well-established American consumer brand as it expands across Europe. We are seeking a Development Director, Europe to shape and lead the expansion, identify growth partners, and guide long-term strategy across the region.

You will own partner recruitment, assess markets, structure negotiations, and coordinate with finance, legal and real estate to inform market-entry decisions. Strong leadership, senior-stakeholder comfort, and travel readiness are essential.
