CEO-Owner Operator for UK Family SMEs (MBI)

All Interests Aligned (AIA) seeks an operator with deep UK market experience to pursue a Management Buy-In of a family-owned SME. You will take over as CEO-owner, backed by investors, with equity ownership and a structured path through origination, due diligence, transition, and scale.

The role requires at least 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability and 10–15 years post-undergraduate experience, a proven track record across sectors, and strong local networks.
