Strategic Head of Resourcing & Analytics

Genentech in Welwyn Hatfield, UK is seeking a Head of Resourcing & Metrics to lead enterprise-wide planning, budgeting and analytics for the PDD portfolio. You will shape resource strategy, develop metrics frameworks and drive data-driven decision making with Finance, HR and operations.
