Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in Carrickmacross.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy site-based environment, providing HR support and guidance across a range of employee relations and people-related matters.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
• Advise on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
• Support investigations and formal HR processes
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee retention
• Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

About You

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
• Strong employee relations and case management experience
• Site-based, industrial or manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of employment legislation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
