The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio across motor, home, travel and specialist insurance, while building strong client relationships and providing tailored advice.

The Role:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor, home, travel and specialist cover.* Handle new business enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.* Provide accurate quotations and tailored advice.* Work with insurer panels to secure suitable terms.* Maintain compliant records and strong client relationships.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a personal lines insurance role, ideally within a brokerage.* Strong knowledge of personal lines products and the insurance market.* Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.* CII qualification, or progress towards one, is desirable.
