Role -Site Finance Lead Location – Burnley Salary – £80,000 – £100,000 + benefits

n Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for an FMGG organisation in their search for a Site Finance Lead to work out of their site in Burnley on a hybrid model.

n The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. Any background within manufacturing or logistics would be a distinct advantage. The Senior Finance Manager will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. It will also be key for this role to manage and develop a small finance team. Key duties for the Site Finance Lead role will involve:

• Supply accurate financial reporting for several sites

• Analysis of distribution and labour costa

n

• Budgeting and Forecasting

n

• Stock Reporting

n

• Build strong relationships internally with key stakeholders

n

• Assist with strategic initiatives

n

• Lead on internal and external audits

n

• Management of the finance team

n

• Ad-hoc project work

n

n

Salary for the role is up to £80,000 + £100,000 and additional benefits
