Residential Conveyancer | 2+ | Warwickshire | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) | A well-established law firm in Warwickshire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with a proven track record of managing residential conveyancing matters
The Rolen This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional seeking a supportive environment, quality work, and genuine flexibility. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
n Typical matters will include:n • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesn • Transfers of equityn • Remortgagesn • New build transactionsn • Shared ownership mattersn • Right to Buy transactionsn • Refinance and general residential property work
About Youn Applications are welcomed from those with at least 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will also:n • Have solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finishn • Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervisionn • Possess excellent client care and communication skillsn • Be commercially aware and able to build strong relationships with clients and referrersn • Be organised with strong attention to detailn • Work well within a team environment
