n You'll manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and all associated post-completion work. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail

• Understanding of AML, GDPR and regulatory compliance requirements
