THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Banking Lawyer 5-7 PQE with infrastructure/project finance experience to join an established team known for handling major high profile global infrastructure and project finance deals.
n
The work will cover acquisition finance, project finance as well as corporate finance, refinancing and restructuring work.

THE CANDIDATE
n
To be considered for this role, you will have relevant experience across infrastructure finance and project finance, gained working for a leading City or US firm.
n
You will have a solid academic background with outstanding technical skills.
n
You will be ready to make a career move to a new and exciting role as a key member of an international market leading team
