n A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Devon is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing and successful Property team.
n Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a supportive and collaborative department handling a broad range of residential property matters.
The Rolen You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:n • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesn • Remortgagesn • Transfers of equityn • New build transactionsn • Other general residential property matters
n You will also play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referrers, whilst supporting colleagues across the wider team when required.
About Youn The successful candidate will:n • Have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling residential conveyancing mattersn • Be confident managing their own caseload independentlyn • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skillsn • Be commercially aware and focused on delivering exceptional servicen • Be comfortable using case management systemsn • Have strong organisational and time-management skillsn • Ideally possess an existing network of professional contacts and referrers
