An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing claimant-focused team in Warwickshire.
n
This role is ideal for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE who is looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and ambitious environment. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of personal injury matters and play a key role in the continued development of the department.
nnnThe Rolennn
You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of claimant personal injury matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where required. The work includes:

- Employer's Liability claims
- Public Liability claims
- Road Traffic Accident claims
- Clinical Negligence matters

n
n
You will be supported by an experienced assistant and will work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
nnnKey Responsibilitiesnnn
- n
- Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion
- Handle both pre-litigation and litigated claims
- Advise clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
- Maintain excellent standards of client care throughout the claims process
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department
- Assist with networking and business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referral sources

nnnRequirementsnnn
- n
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
- Proven experience handling claimant personal injury matters
- Strong litigation experience, including managing litigated claims independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
