Property Litigation Solicitor n

Location: Surrey/Hampshire border (hybrid working)Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus exceptional bonus

The Role n

Join a progressive law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor, handling various property disputes like landlord/tenant matters, boundary conflicts, and lease renewals. Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities n

n
• Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).

n

• Manage a diverse caseload independently.

n

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.).

n

• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.

n

• Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.

n

• Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.

n

Requirements n

n
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

n

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.

n

• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.

n

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

n

• Client-focused and empathetic.

n

n
