The Rolen From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

- n
- Managing claimant personal injury and clinical negligence cases from inception through to settlement or trial
- Handling complex liability and quantum issues, including catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court documentation
- Negotiating settlements and advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, protocols, and limitation deadlines

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
