Senior Support Worker – Lead 1:1 Community Care

FitzRoy’s Supported Living service in North Walsham is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

You’ll work on a 4 on/1 off rota with early/late shifts, including weekend work, and you’ll mentor other Support Workers while supporting individuals to live independently and participate in the local community. A full UK driving licence is essential.
