Empowering Children’s Home – Residential Support Worker

Witherslack Group is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to help children and young people with SEMH in our UK homes. You will support daily life, school routines, homework and activities, helping them build a positive future.

The role offers a base salary of £35,232 – £41,808 (subject to attendance) with up to four sleep-ins per month (£80 per sleep). A 4‑week induction via our Care Academy, generous holiday and wellbeing initiatives are provided to support your development.
