Medivet is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage reception duties, triage emergencies, and maintain the practice diary to optimise appointments while supporting a 24H hospital at Richmond on weekends. A team-focused, calm under pressure approach is essential.
This role requires excellent client-facing skills, strong numeracy, and experience with online booking systems. Full-time, on-site role with generous benefits and annual leave.
