Live-In Caregiver: Week On/Off, Career Growth

Bluebird Care Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a Live-In Care Assistant to provide compassionate care and companionship in clients’ homes. You will help clients stay independent, assist with daily tasks, and support their well-being.

The role follows a 1 week on / 1 week off pattern with paid induction and ongoing support. Benefits include weekly pay from £760–£990, mileage allowance, paid e-learning hours, training and development, a pension scheme, and a supportive leadership team.
