Residential Youth Support Worker – Growth & Impact

Bayview Childcare in Bolton-le-Sands near Carnforth is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker. You will support up to four young people aged 8-18, helping them with social, emotional and behavioural needs in a warm, family-style home. The role is 20 hours per week on a shift pattern, with part-time permanent contract and sleep-in payments.

A full UK driving licence is essential. If you don’t hold a relevant qualification, you will complete Level 3 Diploma or Level 4 Practitioner
