Family Support Specialist – Early Help & Growth

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Family Support Worker for the Early Help Service in Education and Children’s Services. Location: Hyndburn & Ribble Valley. Salary £28,142 – £32,061 per annum. Grade: 6.

You will manage a caseload, undertake early help assessments, co-produce action plans with families, and work as part of a Team Around the Family to provide seamless support. Flexibility including evenings/weekends is required.
