Youth-Focused Residential Care Worker (24/7 Support)

Tameside Council is recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker to join a dedicated team in a Children’s Home at Denton. The role is permanent and part-time (25 hours per week) with a flexible rota including sleep-ins, weekends and some nights.

You will care for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, bringing warmth, patience and a team-focused approach to every shift. Enhanced DBS required, safeguarding priority.
