Through-Care Social Worker: Inspire Stability & Independence

Rutland County Council is looking for a committed and motivated Social Worker to join our Through Care Team, supporting children looked after and care leavers to achieve stability, independence and positive outcomes as they progress into adulthood.

You will work with foster carers, families, Personal Advisors, education providers and health professionals to deliver high quality care and pathway planning, ensuring children’s voices are heard and kept at the centre of decisions.
