Senior Admin Officer — Operations & Stock Control

D&G HandyVan (SCIO) in Dumfries is seeking a Senior Admin Officer on a full-time basis. The role covers general administration, stock control for our Fitters, and monitoring of our service for funders.

This permanent position offers 35 hours per week and a salary of £28,815, reviewed after probation.

Closing date is 18 September 2026. The post requires accuracy, good organisational skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers and funders to support service delivery.
