Board Member, Asset Management & Building Safety

Golding Homes is seeking a part-time Board Member based in Maidstone, Kent, to provide strategic oversight of asset management, building safety and landlord compliance across our homes in Kent.

You will work with the board to shape policy, monitor risk, and support delivery of services to over 8,500 homes. The role offers £7,000 per annum plus reasonable expenses and a chance to influence housing provision in the region.
