EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal — Board Support & Growth

Major, Lindsey and Africa are working with a leading US-headquartered technology company to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for the next 6 months. The role is largely autonomous and suited to someone with governance experience who works well with boards and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will handle the governance lifecycle, maintain entity data and filings, collate documentation and provide support across the business. Urgent requirement with minimal supervision.
