UK-Based EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal (6-Month)

Major, Lindsey and Africa, recruiting for a Corporate Paralegal based in the UK for a six-month assignment with a leading US-headquartered technology company. The role is largely autonomous and suits someone with governance experience who is comfortable engaging with boards and stakeholders.

You will support the full governance lifecycle, maintain entity data records, manage filings, collate documentation, and provide supplemental help to the wider business to resolve inquiries.
