UK-Based EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal — Board Support

Major, Lindsey and Africa is partnering with a US-headquartered technology company to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for the next 6 months. This largely autonomous role is well-suited to someone with governance experience who works with boards and other stakeholders.

You will support the governance lifecycle, entity data recording and filings, and collate relevant documents while assisting the wider business to resolve inquiries.
