Autonomous Corporate Governance Paralegal (UK)

Major, Lindsey and Africa is working with a leading US-headquartered technology company to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month contract. The role is largely autonomous and well-suited to someone with governance experience, comfortable working with boards and stakeholders.

Based in the UK, you will assist through the governance lifecycle with data recording and filings, collating documentation, and providing support to the wider business to resolve inquiries.
