EMEA Corporate Governance Paralegal (6 Months)

Major, Lindsey and Africa are recruiting an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for a leading US-headquartered technology company. The role will support governance across the lifecycle, with entity data recording and filings, and provide documentation to stakeholders and the wider business.

The position is an urgent, hands-on opportunity for an experienced governance professional to work with boards and other stakeholders with minimal supervision for an initial six-month assignment in the UK.
