Residential Lettings & Property Management Coordinator

Cadagio Ltd is seeking a Lettings & Sales Co-ordinator to oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. You will ensure compliance, coordinate maintenance, arrange viewings and manage landlord/tenant communications.

You will act as a key contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, handle tenancy check-ins/check-outs, and maintain accurate records to ensure properties are well maintained and legally compliant. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
