Weekend Food Frontline Associate

Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace while staying resilient under pressure and adapting to changing store demands.

You’ll use our Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and ensure they get what they want. This role is frontline, with shifts across Sundays, Fridays and Saturdays, requiring a team player who thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
