Community Helpdesk Advisor: Connect & Support Local People

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join the HIVE Portsmouth Community Helpdesk. You will greet visitors, provide information and referrals, and respond to enquiries via face-to-face, phone, email and social media.

Based at the Central Library, you will also support other HIVE locations and the School Uniform Share Store, contributing to seamless information, advice and support across Portsmouth.
