Fitness Manager: Sydney Move with Sponsorship

Love Recruitment International is assisting a premium health, racquets and lifestyle club in Sydney to recruit a Fitness Manager. You will lead the gym floor and PT teams, drive a new PT model for 2026, and oversee high standards of facilities and member engagement, reporting to the General Manager.

The role requires visa eligibility for an Australian Working Holiday Visa, at least four years in a fitness management role, and Level 3 PT certification with readiness to convert to Certificate IV
