Kitchen Assistant Level 1: Food Prep & Service

Powys County Council is seeking a Cook in Charge assistant to help with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals to the standard set by Powys Catering Services. The role supports the Cook in Charge in daily kitchen tasks and contributes to meeting nutritional standards under the Healthy Schools in Wales initiative.

You should understand food safety and the importance of food control, with the Food Safety Certificate Level 2 being essential.
