Care Home Gardener & Grounds Keeper

HC-One – Brierton Lodge is seeking a dedicated Gardener to join the gardening team at the care home. You will maintain and present the gardens to a high standard, carry out general duties, and work with the Estates Team to support site maintenance.

The role requires a driving licence and will involve working across multiple care homes. Full training is provided, with a competitive benefits package including DBS/PVG checks, a pension, and 28 days of annual leave.
