Job Description:
Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Bakery Shop Leader on board each vessel. You will oversee daily bakery production, certify quality and presentation of bread items for daily menus, forecast production, and minimize waste to control food costs.
You will coach and supervise the bakery team, ensure USPH compliance, manage displays, and coordinate with the Executive Chef to meet standards and schedules. Strong leadership and culinary background required.
