Children’s Pastor, All Saints Marlow – Diocese of Oxford

All Saints Marlow is currently seeking a Children’s Pastor to take a leading role across all their ministry with children and families, working with their active congregation, to nurture faith, develop a love for prayer and the Bible, and reach the children and families of the town with the Good News of Jesus.

• 40 hours per week, including Sunday mornings and some evening work
• 6 weeks’ holiday per annum including 6 Sundays (agreed with team rector to ensure adequate staff coverage at all times throughout the year)
• 1 week of paid retreat per annum (can be taken as one week or spread across the year)
• Salary: £30-34,000 per annum (depending on experience), pension, laptop and work phone

Due to the nature of this role, it is a genuine occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practicing Christian.
