Cruise Ship Bakery Lead & Production Supervisor

Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead daily bakery operations on board. You will manage the production, quality, and presentation of bread for daily menus and coach a diverse team of bakers, ensuring adherence to USPH standards and ship schedules.

You will forecast production, control waste, coordinate stock from main stores, and maintain strict hygiene and safety practices while upholding company policies across a multicultural crew.
