AI Transformation Coach — Lead Real-World AI Change

iO‑Sphere is seeking an experienced coach to guide working professionals through a 15‑month AI coaching programme. You’ll coach learners in HR, operations, marketing and finance on real problems from their organisations, from finding where AI fits to building agents for tasks.

You’ll run live coaching sessions, manage a caseload of about 40 learners, provide monthly one‑to‑ones, quarterly reviews with employers, and give actionable feedback within 48 hours.
