Remote Inbound Support Specialist | Performance Bonus

Visa Hunt is seeking an Inbound Agent to handle customer contact via telephone and live chat, delivering knowledgeable and friendly service. You will own the outcome of every interaction end-to-end and work to resolve queries at first contact wherever possible, while aiming to exceed individual and team targets.

This is a full-time remote role with occasional travel for meetings and training. The position follows a 5-out-of-7 pattern, including two weekend days every four weeks.
